We always display an estimated ship date on our products, but that’s exactly what it is: an estimate. It’s based on the best information we have from our manufacturers and shipping partners, but it is not a guaranteed deadline and may change due to factors outside our control (such as production delays or transit issues). Orders can take time—high-quality production, custom prints, and overseas manufacturing all impact timing. If you need something quickly, a preorder may not be the right option for you.

If you need to update your address or change your size, please contact us before the pre-order ends, as no changes can be made once it closes. We do not send individual updates on pre-order items before they ship.
If your order has not shipped by the estimated timeframe, no action is required—it simply means production is still in progress.
