Please note that customs fees, tariffs, VAT taxes, etc. may be levied against international packages. Toy Snobs. has no control over these charges, as they are subject to customs review and practices. Unifortion, we cannot mark outgoing shipments in a way that will attempt to prevent these charges, as doing so is unlawful.

When your order has been packed, you will receive a ship notification to the email you entered at checkout. If you have not yet received a shipment confirmation email, this means we are still within our processing window, and have yet to pack and ship your order. If it has been more than 4 business days, please check your spam folder before contacting us: sometimes our auto-emails get filtered out!

Orders are shipped via USPS First Class mail. It takes an average  of 2-4 days (domestic) after package arrival scan. Please note that this time frame depends on your location.

When your order has been fulfilled, you will receive a ship notification to the email you specified at checkout. This email will contain tracking information for your order.

If you have not yet received a shipment confirmation email, this means we are still within our order processing window, and have yet to fulfill and ship your order. A small percentage of the packages we send are scanned improperly, or not scanned at all by USPS, and thus do not display tracking updates. Please note that if your package does not show updated tracking info, this is probably the case. This does not iindicate a lost or unsent package. 99% of the time, the package is making its way through the mail very slowly. It should arrive to you in due time. If it does not, please contact your local post office.

Tracking stuck, or reporting package was delivered? We kindly ask that you first contact the shipper with tracking questions, before reaching out to us. Often times, they will ask you to provide information that is specific to you or your location. Please also check with neighbors or surrounding buildings for instances where tracking shows as delivered. Toy Snobs is not responsible for package mis-delivery, or theft and cannot replace packages that are shown as having been delivered.
